After a successful collaboration to release its first NFT range, The Dalmore is rejoin BlockBar. This time, the 2 manufacturers will drop a Pauillac Premier Grand Cru Classé Finish, a 33-year-old whiskey, as NFT. All in all, The Dalmore will release 223 NFTs on BlockBar, a number one DTC NFT market for premium wines and spirits.
All about the BlockBar x The Dalmore NFT drop
With its 2nd collaboration with BlockBar, The Dalmore will be releasing a complete barrel for the first time ever. In addition to new creditors, this is an extraordinary alternative for any whiskey connoisseur. To bottle the whiskey from the cask, The Dalmore and BlockBar invite the NFT holders for a unique match. The competition will take place in September 2022.
“By purchasing The Dalmore 33 Year Old Vintage on BlockBar, owners will have the rare opportunity to attend a celebratory bottling event at a community-chosen location, anywhere in the world,” said Dov Falic, Co-Founder and CEO from BlockBar. “This is not something you would experience on a regular whiskey purchase, let alone an exceptionally rare bottle in the first place. It’s something we’re very excited to offer in partnership with The The Dalmore.”
On March 29, current BlockBar NFT holders will be able to get the first 10 bottles of the meeting through a raffle. The holders of those 10 NFTs can wait for a unique VIP experience at the Highland Distillery. Then, on March 30, the pre-sale registration of the next 213 bottles will start. The normal public has the easiest 48 hours to participate in the drop. Finally, the NFTs will be released on Tuesday, April 5. Each NFT will be worth $8,800.
Dalmore’s first range hit the market in just minutes for $137,000 in November 2021. We can expect the second drop to succeed with the same luck.
